1. How are refunds remitted?
Please note that products can only be returned once in respect of each purchase order. You can only return or exchange the product within 14 days upon receipt. In any event, the delivery charge already paid will not be refunded. Products that have been opened, used, damaged due to personal reasons can not be returned or exchanged. Please keep all packing materials, including original packing box, SDRE packing box, original label of products, tag, certification document, manufacturer's guarantee, instruction, gifts and all accessories, etc., and ensure to return all packing materials are in good condition. The label or tag on the products must be kept intact, in addition, if the label or tag is damaged or bent, the item will be deemed non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
The amount you paid will be remitted to your SDRE members account as S Bonus. You can use the remitted S Bonus for the next purchase, but it has to be used within a limited period. In addition, we will return the S Bonus used at the time of purchase in full, but not the coupons used. Please refer to the terms and conditions.
2. What products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable?
Depending on the individual products, items that are clearly stated "This product cannot be returned or exchanged" in the "Introduction of Products" are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. Please note that each product may have its different validity periods of product return or exchange. Furthermore, products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to personal reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. How to return or exchange the products?
If the product is "returnable," please contact SDRE Customer Service immediately after receipt to request for a product return, and send the product back to the SDRE's logistics center within 14 days from the date of receipt. Alternatively, you can arrange for the return of product at SDRE's logistics center in person. The procedures are as follows:
Keep all packing materials including original packing, SDRE packing box, receipt and related gift.
Contact SDRE Customer Service via "Contact Us" on our website to make a product return request.
After confirming that the product status meets the requirements of the return policy, we will inform you as soon as possible regarding the status of the product return application and arrange to remit the S Bonus, based on the price of the product at the time of the purchase order made, to the your SDRE members account. Please refer to the product return confirmation email sent by us for the refund details after the confirmation that the product status meets the requirements of the return policy.
**If SDRE fails to receive the returned products within 14 days, it will reserve the right not arrange for the return or exchange of the products**
4. How to return or exchange the products if they are found damaged?
If the product is damaged upon receipt, please take photos of the product for record and contact SDRE Customer Service to follow up and handle through "Contact Us". Once the allegation is confirmed, we shall replace you with a new product or arrange the remittance of S Bonus for the next purchase.
In case of product return or exchange, please keep all the packing materials including the original product packaging, SDRE packaging box, product labels, tags, certificates, manufacture warranty card, manuals, product accessories and any gifts, and ensure to return all the packaging in good condition, including the product labels and tags. The label or tag on the products must be kept intact, in addition, if the label or tag is damaged or bent, the item will be deemed non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
** In the event that there exists any inconsistency between the Chinese and English version of this Return & Exchange Policy, the Chinese version shall prevail.**
