2. How to make a purchase?
Register as a member. After logging in, pick up the desired products and put it onto “Shopping Cart”. Click into “Shopping Cart”. to view the order details, mailing address and payment method, using either credit card or “S Bonus”. Complete the process by clicking “Pay Now” and you will be redirected to PayDollar Payment Service of AsiaPay for payment. Details of your credit card, including card number, expire date, name of holder and verification number, are required. To ensure successful payment, do not log out during the AsiaPay authorization process. A confirmation email will be sent after the process.

In the checkout page, the total amount of purchase will be shown, including additional discount, "S Bonus” used, and shipping cost. Click “Pay Now” and you will be redirected to PayDollar Payment Service of AsiaPay for payment. Details of your credit card, including card number, expire date, name of holder and verification number, are required. To ensure successful payment, do not log out, or go to previous page during the AsiaPay authorization process. A confirmation email of the details of the purchase will be sent after the process.
To facilitate future purchases, you can choose to save down the credit card details in the page of PayDollar Payment Service in AsiaPay.
4.Why I haven’t received my confirmation email from SDRE?
The primary contact email from SDRE is the “Email Address” in “Personal Information”. If it was left unfilled, the default email will be the one you filled in registration.
Be aware of the email settings so that emails will not be redirected to junk mail section.
Also look out for the email in clutter / junk mail / promo section. To ensure you receive our emails, try to save email@example.com as a contact, or set our mails as non-junk mails.

1. What is “S Points”?
Members of Bronze Membership or on levels above in SDRE can earn “S Points” when purchasing most of the products, or by sending promotion links. Members of 6 levels in SDRE, namely Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Centurion, can have corresponding rewards.
2. Do “S Points” have expire dates?
The membership level will last for a SDRE Period and clearing will be done on the last day of the SDRE Period. Extending, promotion or downgrading of levels will be done according to “S Points” before clearing. S points will also be cleared.
3.How can I check my “S Points” balance?
Login your account and go to “My Account”. Click “Grading” in the left panel on the website and details of “S Points” will be shown. For mobile app, click “Grading” as well, for same information.

The “S Points” Clearing will be automatically verified upon the arrival of goods, or can be manually verified by members. “S Points” are instantly available after verification.

Members of SDRE can earn “S Bonus” in purchasing most of the products, and the “S Bonus” can be used in next SDRE Period as money. “S Bonus” will be saved to your account after the return period of all of the products in the purchase, for next SDRE Period’s use. Moreover, for certain return products, “S Bonus” of the same value of return will be saved to your account.

Yes. Your “S Bonus” will only be eligible in the SDRE Period subsequent to verification and expiration of return period.
3. How can I check my “S Bonus” balance?
Login “My Account”.Click “My Wallet” in the left panel on the website and “S Bonus” balance and expire date will be shown. For mobile app, click “My Wallet” for same information.
4.How to use “S Bonus”?
Choose if you want to pay with “S Bonus” in “Shopping Cart”. If “S Bonus” is shown as “Pending” in the record, it is temporary unavailable until next season.
